If you would like to have a SSL certificate to enable use of SSL on your website, there are 3 steps required.

First, you will need to buy a dedicated IP address. They cost $3 a month per an IP and can be ordered by emailing billing@eternity-web.com with the title IP Order Request. You will then receive instructions on how to pay and then the IP will be setup on your account. Premium Pro plan subscribers get this for free and can skip to the step below.

Second, you must have a SSL certificate purchased if you want a root trusted certificate. If you would like a certificate signed by us for a one time fee of $15, email billing@eternity-web.com with the subject Certificate Order. You will then receive instructions on how to pay and then it will be setup onto your account. Premium Pro plan subscribers can get a self-signed SSL certificate for free but if they want a root trusted one they will need to pay for it themselves.

Third, you must email support@eternity-web.com with the subject SSL Setup Request. They will ask you for the SSL certificate you got when you ordered and what account to set it up for. If all the requirements are met, they will install the certificate for you and you will be able to start using SSL on your website.
